Say it with flowers! Alison has always enjoyed being in nature and loves flowers, although she is notoriously not green-fingered! She has much better success with these floral paintings. This 'In Bloom' series are a collection of small paintings of flowers in a variety of colours. These are created with fluid acrylic paint using a combination of swiping and air pressure. The addition of silicone oil to the background paint causes interactions between the paints forming the 'cells'.
